Whether you're looking for a musical rhythm experience, or
a powerful way to express yourself in a supportive, nurturing
and accepting environment - we have the workshop for you.
Here are some of our offerings:
Women's World Music
Discover your inner drummer!
- learn African, Middle Eastern and Latin American rhythms
- a fun-filled, fast-paced rhythm experience
- NO musical experience required!
- drums are available, or b.y.o.d. (bring your own drum)*
*This workshop is designed for large-headed African-style
drums (Djembes / Ashikos) and/or Middle Eastern-style drums
(Doumbeks / Darbukas). We will supply a drum for a minimum
extra fee.

these workshops are designed for large/medium-sized African-style
drums and/or Middle Eastern Darbukas (Doumbeks) NOT bongos,
frame drums, etc. It is recommended that you rent a drum for the
workshop to get the maximum benefit!
