Zoë Kessler, B.Ed. (Adult Education); B.A., Owner and
Head Facilitator
Zoë Kessler, Owner and Head Facilitator of Diana's Drum,
has been a hand-drummer and performer for over 20 years, and
leads Raw Bone Rhythms,
a women's hand-drumming and percussion group. Zoë also
teaches hand drumming in schools and privately, leads community
drum workshops, conducts high-energy corporate training drum
sessions, and provides musical accompaniment for the Grey-Bruce
Middle Eastern Dance Troupe and at various community events
throughout the Grey-Bruce region.
Zoë's musical training began with the Royal Conservatory
of Music piano program, then Zoë went on to study various
styles of hand drumming including African, Middle Eastern
and Latin American grooves. In 2004, Zoë added therapeutic
drumming to her repertoire, and has received the HealthRHYTHMS®
Facilitator Training. This highly specialized approach has
allowed Zoë to expand her facilitation skills and move
into working with special needs populations and focus groups
of all kinds.
Teaching is a strong suit for Zoë, who has over 30 years'
teaching experience. Through a specialized degree program
in Adult Education from Brock University (Bachelor of Education
in Adult Education), combined with her years of experience,
Ms. Kessler is able to design curricula and programming especially
suited to the needs of her clients.
If you're looking for a passionate, high-energy and enthusiastic
facilitator, consider Zoë and her team for your facility
or event. We'd be happy to discuss your needs.
