HealthRHYTHMS® group empowerment drumming is gaining wide recognition and practice throughout North America in at-risk youth in detention centres, at child welfare facilities and elsewhere. For children, youth and teens, drumming provides a safe, non-threatening, and encouraging environment in which to express otherwise difficult-to-express emotions. The result is increased confidence and self-esteem, and an inner calm and sense of well-being.

Above all, a HealthRHYTHMS® session is fun and empowering for everyone!
